    Recovery Journey , Recovering Addict , Mental Health A RECOVERY JOURNEY About I decided to climb my first mountain back in 2022 Little did I realise that it would become a catalyst to help me come to terms with my thoughts and, on occasion, my days of challenges. This decision came after losing two of my best mates from suicide as-well as having to step away from almost 2 decades of taking drugs. Thankfully I was able too seek help through rehab and group therapy sessions. I found that I wasn't alone. So don't ever think you are. To help with my recovery journey I have decided to set a task of completing all P30 mountains (2374) in Wales by the end of 2029. you are welcome to join myself and others on a recovery journey through Wales.
